Black bulter is a story which sets in the 19th century Victorian England.It describes a everyday life about an master,Ciel,and a deacon,Sebastian.
Sebastian is a butler in Black Butler.In fact,he is a devil.Sebastian favorite animal is cat,and he hates dog very much.
I don't know why he doesn't like dogs.Because of my curiosity,I searched some information about him from Baidu,wiki,etc. 
According to some suggestions,dogs can be loyal to their masters forever.
Because Sebastian is a devil who can live for a long time.The devil's food is human soul.
After eating master's soul,Sebastian still will sign contracts with the other people.
In other words, Sebastian couldn't be as loyal as dog to master so he doesn't like dogs.
On the contrary, the cat's elegance and cynicism aesthetic contrast with the devil.
By the way,he likes presss the plams of cats very much,and Ciel's cheek is,too.
